As far back as Anthony can remember, he was never allowed to go out and play on Sundays. He was always stuck in the house helping Mama Delia make the fresh tomato sauce and meatballs for Sunday Dinner. Preparing for these Sunday gatherings has been passed down for generations in the Cascarino Family and the next generation with his 3 grandsons;
